There was an event before the launch of the issue and Donald Trump signed it for her at event. The issue does a piece on Trump "The King Of Manhattan". Also a photo with Trump and Melania Knauss at home in Trump Tower before they were married.

The magazine as you can see from the photo the front cover was folded at one time and has a crease down the center. (Was) a series of magazines for tourists, distributed at hotels, convention center's, regional malls and other tourist areas.
