This bill was signed by Donald Trump at the Deltaplex arena in Walker (Grand Rapids) Michigan on December 21st, 2015. I had just begun my senior year of college studying business at Grand Valley State University. I was VERY excited to hear Trump was coming for a first-ever visit to the GR area and second to Michigan just months before the Republican primary of his 1st presidency.
